Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our bean-to-bar chocolate
What does 'bean-to-bar' mean?
It means we manage the entire production process, from sourcing raw cacao beans directly from farmers to roasting, cracking, and tempering the final chocolate bars in our small-batch factory.
Are your chocolate bars vegan and gluten-free?
Most of our dark chocolate bars contain only two ingredients: cocoa beans and organic cane sugar, making them naturally vegan and gluten-free. Please check individual labels for specific allergen information.
How should I store my chocolate?
Store your chocolate in a cool, dry place between 60-70°F (15-21°C). Avoid refrigeration, as moisture can cause sugar bloom and affect the texture.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
What is the shelf life of your chocolate?
Our dark chocolate bars are best enjoyed within 18 months of the production date. Confections and truffles have a shorter shelf life due to fresh ingredients.
Can I visit your factory for a tour?
Yes, we offer guided tours and chocolate-making classes at our San Francisco factory. We recommend booking in advance through our website.
