About Dandelion Chocolate
Dandelion Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in San Francisco’s Mission District. Since 2010, we have been dedicated to highlighting the distinct flavors of single-origin cacao. We roast, crack, winnow, grind, conche, and temper small batches of beans and then mold each bar by hand. Our process is transparent and focused on the nuances of each harvest, ensuring that the unique terroir of every farm shines through in the final product.
